HOW TO PLAY
In Three Card Poker, each player faces the house rather than competing with the other people at the table. Because of that, any number of virtual players can take part in the same round. The dealer needs a Queen high to qualify, and payouts of up to 100 to 1 on a pair or better create plenty of ways to win. Optional bets can increase the excitement even more, including the 6-Card bet, the Ante bet and the Pair Plus bet. The game uses one standard 52-card deck, which is shuffled after every round.
With the 6-Card bonus bet, you try to form the best possible five-card poker hand by combining your three cards with the dealer’s three cards. Winning results begin with three of a kind, and the payouts grow as the hand strength improves. Pair Plus side bets pay when your three cards make a pair or better, no matter what the dealer holds. The Ante bonus pays if your starting hand lands a straight or stronger, regardless of the result against the dealer.
RULES
Winning Hands:
- Three Card Poker uses one standard 52-card deck with no Jokers. The cards are shuffled after each completed round.
- In Three Card Poker, a three-card Straight ranks above a three-card Flush. This is because there are fewer possible ways to make a three-card Straight than a three-card Flush.
- The cards rank from highest to lowest as follows: Ace (high or low), King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2. An Ace can be the highest card in a Straight such as A, K, Q or the lowest card in a Straight such as 3, 2, A.
- If you and the dealer hold the same type of hand, the one containing the highest card wins. For example, three Kings beat three Queens, and a flush of Q, J, 10 beats a flush of 10, 9, 8.
- If you and the dealer are tied, the next highest card outside the paying combination, known as the ‘Kicker’, is used to decide the winner.
Winning hands for Three Card Poker:
- Mini Royal is a suited Ace, King and Queen.
- Straight Flush is a hand made up of three consecutive cards of the same suit, for example King, Queen and Jack, all in Diamonds.
- Three of a Kind is a hand that contains three cards of the same rank. For example, three Kings make Three of a Kind. A higher set beats a lower one.
- A Straight is a hand with three cards in sequence in at least two different suits, such as Nine, Eight and Seven. Two straights are compared by looking at the highest card in each hand. If the high card is the same, the hands are equal because suits do not break the tie.
- A Flush is a hand where all three cards share the same suit but are not in sequence, such as three Clubs. Two flushes are compared as high-card hands. First the highest card is checked, then the second highest, and then the third if needed.
- A Pair is a hand containing two cards of the same rank, such as two Kings, plus a third unmatched card. The higher pair wins. If the pairs are equal, the Kicker decides the outcome.
- High Card is any three-card hand that does not meet the requirements of the listed combinations. In that case, the highest single card determines the strength of the hand.
Winning hands for 6 Card Bonus:
- A Royal Flush is a straight flush made up of Ace, King, Queen, Jack and 10, all in the same suit.
- A Straight Flush is a hand of five consecutive cards in the same suit, for example Nine, Eight, Seven, Six and Five, all Hearts.
- A Four of a Kind is a hand containing all four cards of one rank plus any fifth card. For example, four Aces form Four of a Kind. Higher quads beat lower ones.
- A Full House is a hand with three cards of one rank and two cards of another rank, such as three Kings and two Sixes. Between two full houses, the higher three-card set wins.
- A Flush is a hand where all five cards are of the same suit but not in sequence, such as five Clubs. Two flushes are compared the same way as other high-card hands, card by card from the top down.
- A Straight is a hand of five cards in sequence in at least two different suits, such as Nine, Eight, Seven, Six and Five. If two straights share the same high card, they are treated as equal because suits do not separate them.
- Three of a Kind is a hand with three cards of the same rank plus two unmatched side cards. For example, three Kings give you Three of a Kind. A higher set wins, and if both sets match, the Kickers are used to break the tie.
GAME OUTCOMES
The dealer must qualify with a Queen high or better.

If you place an optional Pair Plus bet, it pays according to the paytable when your three cards make a Pair or better, even if you fold and the dealer wins the round.
If you place an optional 6 Card Bonus bet, it pays when your three cards together with the dealer’s three cards form a five-card poker hand of Three of a Kind or better. This payout applies even if you fold and the dealer wins the round.
